Confirmed roles in the hiring image
Four work-expertise labels are readable: Bartender, Waiter, Cook and Janitor. They are presented as expertise labels in the image; the screenshot alone does not establish whether each employee is limited to a single role or how assignments work.
Hiring costs and management
The screen distinguishes a hire cost from a daily wage. That is useful evidence of how the interface presents staffing costs, but the displayed example amounts are not reproduced as fixed prices. Recruitment pools, refresh rules and dismissal costs are not established by this image.
Traits and expertise
Traits, quirks and expertise appear on the card. No complete trait list, effect formula or ranking is verified here. The page therefore does not name a best worker or recommend a supposedly optimal staffing ratio.
What remains unknown
Shift scheduling, staff progression, detailed job assignment controls and final balancing need further documentation. Staff are separate from the heroes undertaking adventures; a hiring screenshot does not explain the hero recruitment system.
