Steam includes brewing in its description of building a menu, and Dotemu describes cooking, brewing and experimenting with ingredients. These statements establish the activity, not its exact interface, production timing or equipment requirements.

The announcement presents drinks as part of serving guests during busy periods. A varied menu matters to the inn’s hospitality concept, but particular guest preferences, drink effects and selling prices have not been documented in these sources.
